METHODS OF PAYMENT
CC Salon accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, CC Salon Gift Cards and AVEDA Gift Cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or appointment changes should be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests. Cancellations made less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. We will do everything we can to accommodate you, but please keep in mind you may have to wait and/or may be rescheduled with a different stylist.

PRODUCT RETURNS
AVEDA guarantees satisfaction of it’s products. Product returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of original purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on reduced price items, discontinued items, brushes, combs and makeup.

GRATUITIES
If you choose to leave your service provider a gratuity, it must be given to them directly in the form of cash. Sorry, no gratuities may be placed on a Credit/Debit Card as our credit card machine does not provide that option.

GIFT CARDS
CC Salon Gift Cards and AVEDA Gift Cards may be used on any service/or products at the salon. Our gift cards are non-refundable.

NOISE-FREE ENVIRONMENT
Please help us maintain a peaceful environment by refraining from use of cell phone, tablet and gaming devices. If you must use your devices, please place them in silent mode and use headphones to maintain a peaceful environment.

CHILDREN & PET POLICY
We love families and children, however we do not provide childcare. If you must bring your child(ren), they must be well behaved and adult supervision at all times. Please remind your child to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs or opening any cabinets or drawers in the salon. Most drawers contain sharp objects (scissors, razor blades), employees personal items and chemicals that could be potentially dangerous to unsuspecting children. Parents are responsible for any damaged or broken items by your child(ren).

We love pets too, but health codes require us to ask you to leave them at home, unless they are service dogs with proper identification.

CORRECTIONS
If you are not satisfied with your hair service and require any type of correction, please notify us within 48 hours. We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. Any corrections must be done within 14 days of initial service and with the original stylist if at all possible. Due to the nature of our service, no refunds will be granted.

PROTECTION OF CLOTHING
Full coverage robes are provided for your comfort and protection during your service and visit to our salon. We highly recommend removing shirts and any other clothing/jewelry and wear a salon robe during your visit. CC Salon is not responsible for damage to your clothing or personal items.
